Class Etiquette
Please wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a pair of NON SLIP socks to wear in the studio. As there are limited changing facilities at the studio, I would ask that you arrive ready to exercise whenever possible. All equipment is provided.
I understand that life can be busy and occasionally we can all run late in our schedules. Each class will have a 5-10 minute warm up session at the beginning so you can easily join the class if you arrive up to 10 minutes late. However, if you are later than this, every effort will be made to book you into another class that week, as it will not be safe for you to join a class without warming up.
Please make sure you check with your own Doctor if you have any concerns about your health or about the suitability of Pilates as an exercise system for your body.
