After being ill (with viral polyarthritis), Pilates was initially the only exercise I could manage without being in pain or extremely fatigued, and with Hannah's encouragement and patience I am now
completely rehabilitaed! I can now surf again, and run, and do all the things I used to do. Her instruction is fantastic, and she ensures that you do all the exercises properly. I would highly
recommend the body restoration one-on-one sessions and the group classes to everyone who wants to exercise, whether they are recovering from a period of poor health or purely wanting to learn to use
their body 'properly'. It is fantastic!! A technique for life!

I have had lower back problems for 5 years and have tried all sorts of therapies and interventions, as well as permanent painkillers for the pain. I was recommended Pilates with Body Restoration, and
to my great relief and delight my pain has already decreased substantially in the 4 weeks I have been attending. Hannah is knowledgable, specific and gentle - all of which have been really important
to me after a long time of feeling vulnerable with my back injury. I have increased awareness of my posture, a tummy and back which are getting stronger and more mobility than in years. Worth every
penny and it has changed the way I think about my body.

Went initially as I was permanently on pain killers for a back problem triggered by being unfit and attempting to play squash and days hunched over laptops, needing something that could teach me a
long term way of being healthy. After three months my back is getting stronger, my posture is definitely better and my belly more toned. The sessions are exact, gradually building up intensity. Even
in the group sessions it feels like having a personal trainer which helps with motivation. After years of attending enormous yoga classes in village halls I would now always pay that little bit extra
for such personal tutoring. This is no quick fix more a new way of life.

5 months on after having a baby my stomach is already so much firmer after just 4 sessions. I'm amazed at how Pilates works the muscles much more effectively than conventional abdominal training.

Can I be first in the guest book? An amazing teacher,
converted me, the non-believer! I have lost weight and
toned up nicely, everyone asks me how and I point them
in Hannah's direction. The business will be a huge
success so be sure to book early to avoid disappointment.
